State Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to advise on legal matters and develop strategies to protect its interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and negotiation of various contracts, including Master Service Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements
• Advise the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on legal and compliance issues
• Manage contracts staff and collaborate with external legal counsel on compliance matters

Required Qualifications:

• JD degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
• Member of the Bar in the state of residence
• 7-10 years of legal experience, preferably in healthcare technology
• Experience managing external counsel
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to clinical trials
