• Drive strategy and lead sales activities for the Internal Wholesaler Small Group area
• Oversee the small group product lifecycle, including pricing, underwriting, and plan design
• Build and inspire a high-performing team through onboarding, coaching, and development efforts

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of group insurance experience
• Demonstrated strength in relationship management
• Proven track record of achievement orientation
• Ability to support and foster team member development
• Must possess or attain licensed agent/producer status within 90 days of entry into the job
