Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Planning Manager to drive modernization initiatives for Soldier performance and survivability across the Army's Close Combat Integration Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Soldier Lethality and Future Force initiatives across AFC and ASA(ALT)
- Lead integration of Programs of Record and soldier-centric modernization solutions
- Conduct research and analysis to identify operational capability gaps and integration opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Military Science, Engineering, Defense Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in defense acquisition or Army capability development
- Strong understanding of Army Futures Command structure and acquisition processes
- Proven experience in developing modernization strategies for senior leaders
- Familiarity with Soldier Lethality concepts and Close Combat modernization priorities
