Subrogation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UM Subrogation Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with businesses via telephone and written correspondence
• Negotiate claims' resolution with insurance carriers, attorneys, and responsible parties
• Prepare investigative correspondence and acquire necessary background information

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of third-party collections and/or subrogation experience required
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills, particularly in Excel
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and negotiate settlements
• Dependability and customer service experience are required
• Critical thinking skills and goal-oriented mindset
