Key Responsibilities
- Responds to and resolves customer requests via email and phone, including order processing and inquiries
- Facilitates communication for technical assistance and collaborates with other departments to find solutions
- Follows service quality standards and processes, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School education required; college degree preferred
- Currently holds a Customer Service position or has equivalent experience
- Ability to navigate multiple software programs and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrates strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to learn and apply new information effectively
