Supply Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supply Planner (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in project meetings and lead procurement-related discussions while coordinating with engineering to maintain BOMs and supply plans
• Create and manage purchase requisitions in alignment with supply plans and collaborate on dashboards for real-time purchasing visibility
• Analyze engineering and schedule scenarios to recommend optimal procurement strategies and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in materials management for utility-scale PV, BESS, and/or HV projects
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply planning roles, or an advanced academic degree in a relevant field
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems, including report creation and supply plan management
• Familiarity with industry best practices in purchasing and supply chain planning
