Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer to maintain and support a global system of servers and storage for applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and support on-premise global virtualization and respond to support requests and incidents
• Work with the Security Team to remediate vulnerabilities and participate in disaster recovery design and testing
• Create and maintain documentation, provide infrastructure metrics, and analyze root causes for incidents

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 10+ years of experience in a Windows Server environment
• Experience with Azure Cloud design and Microsoft Cloud applications
• Expert knowledge of Windows Server 2012-2019 and Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure
• Knowledge of VMWare vCenter and experience with storage management
• Experience with disaster recovery design and incident management tools
