Systems Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineering Manager focused on CSP.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of systems engineers dedicated to CSP partnerships and customer success
• Own the technical relationship with major CSPs, ensuring seamless integration of the data platform into cloud environments
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Alliance teams to define and execute on joint solution strategies with CSPs

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in Systems Engineering or Solution Architecture roles, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management capacity
• Deep technical expertise in distributed systems, storage, networking, and cloud architectures
• Proven experience working with one or more hyperscale CSPs (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, etc.)
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and develop technical teams
• Track record of driving CSP partnerships and building technical go-to-market motions
