Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their technical environments and business objectives
- Serve as the primary technical liaison, resolving complex issues and advocating for client needs
- Conduct technical health assessments and lead discussions to maximize client utilization of products and services
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing technical security role
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with SIEM and EDR
- Technical experience in Networking, Security, Identity Management, and Cloud Services
- Preferred certifications include Security+, PMP, or equivalent
