Technical Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager (Mid-Level).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the engineering team and stakeholders
• Lead day-to-day delivery activities for the Gold Image workstream, ensuring timely and high-quality output
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage the team's backlog, priorities, and cadence

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in information technology, including managing small, high-performing Agile teams
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or Azure) and modern DevSecOps practices
• Prior experience supporting compliance-focused engineering or cloud security teams is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Scrum Master certification (or other Agile credentials) and Government contract experience are a plus
