Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ongoing product enablement sessions, including live and recorded training
- Conduct targeted deep-dive training to address partner-specific challenges
- Provide product feedback and insights to inform product development and SMB strategy
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of telecom products, particularly in cloud communications (UCaaS, CCaaS)
- Experience in technical enablement, sales engineering, or partner success roles
- Proficiency in conducting product demos and technical education sessions independently
- Ability to build trusted relationships with SMB partners
- Experience working with SMB clients or partners in a SaaS or telecom environment
