Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Analyst to join their growing Implementation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the implementation of forms and rate changes for insurance products, translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Create test plans, execute test cases, and troubleshoot issues
• Manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams across different time zones

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an operations, implementation, or project analyst
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and functions
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with JIRA, GitHub, or similar software tools is a plus
• Insurance industry experience is preferred
