Key Responsibilities
- Own the implementation of forms and rate changes for insurance products, translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Create test plans, execute test cases, and troubleshoot issues
- Manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams across different time zones
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an operations, implementation, or project analyst
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and functions
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with JIRA, GitHub, or similar software tools is a plus
- Insurance industry experience is preferred
