Technical Leader in Conversational AI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead (Conversational AI).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the technical architecture of data and AI-based solutions, selecting appropriate tools and frameworks
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in the design, development, and operation of machine learning and natural language processing solutions
• Ensure technical quality by promoting best development practices, code reviews, and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) leading AI, data science, or advanced analytics projects, including 2 years with LLMs or generative AI
• Strong knowledge in supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks like Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow
• Experience in backend architecture, microservices design, and database management
• Hands-on approach with the ability to lead technically and participate actively in coding and model reviews
