Technical Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Ops Manager/Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support process change activities for drug substances, intermediates, and raw materials
• Lead investigations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Provide technical oversight during GMP manufacturing campaigns and collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
• At least 8+ years of experience in the drug substance manufacturing or development environment
• Experience with lifecycle management for commercial products
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
