Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead Agile project delivery in a full-time, remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Implement process improvements and manage Kanban boards for data and cross-functional teams
• Develop and maintain project planning tools and workflows using Jira and Smartsheet

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
• Strong proficiency in Jira setup, reporting, and workflow automation
• Experience in resource planning and managing large-scale initiatives
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and creating actionable user stories
• Flexible approach to Agile practices, adaptable to team and project needs
