Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on core P&C insurance platforms and the insurance technology ecosystem
• Lead client discovery workshops and develop high-level solution approaches based on client requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery of technology engagements

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in insurance technology, focusing on core platform implementation and integration
• 10-15 years of hands-on experience with P&C insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, and Vertafore
• Experience with system architecture, integration design, and insurance-specific workflows
• Demonstrated experience in integrating AI and automation capabilities in technology solutions
• Deep understanding of property & casualty insurance lines and operations
