Job Summary

A company is looking for a TE Jumbo Securitization Credit Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite residential mortgage loans in accordance with Conventional guidelines
• Input data and analyze findings using various AUS engines and OES
• Review credit reports, appraisals, and income statements to assess risk and compliance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience required
• 3+ years of securitization experience required
• 3+ years of recent frontline underwriting experience with Conventional, FHA, and/or VA products
• Strong underwriting knowledge of Prime or standard Full Documentation
