Job Summary
A company is looking for a USON Practice Management Fixed Asset and Payroll Controller.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement initiatives for Fixed Assets and Payroll to enhance efficiency and standardization
- Design and implement a robust control environment to manage financial statement risks and ensure compliance
- Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and data risks while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in accounting or finance preferred
- 10+ years of relevant accounting and reporting experience; less experience may be acceptable with a Master's or Doctorate
- Direct experience in leading change and business process transformation in a large public company
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, internal control environments, and SOX regulations
- CPA preferred
