Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician Patient Outreach Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to eligible patients to enroll them in the specialty pharmacy program
• Educate patients on the services offered by the pharmacy program and maintain confidentiality
• Review patient EMRs and identify necessary medications and supplies prior to calls

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Licensed Texas pharmacy technician; national certification from PTCB or equivalent preferred
• 0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or related experience
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or PTCB/ExCPT License preferred
• Commitment to obtaining required licensure if not currently held
