Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician Patient Outreach Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to eligible patients to enroll them in the specialty pharmacy program
- Educate patients on the services offered by the pharmacy program and maintain confidentiality
- Review patient EMRs and identify necessary medications and supplies prior to calls
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Licensed Texas pharmacy technician; national certification from PTCB or equivalent preferred
- 0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or related experience
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or PTCB/ExCPT License preferred
- Commitment to obtaining required licensure if not currently held
