Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support and real-time coaching for Customer Service Representatives
- Monitor team communications and provide feedback to drive productivity
- Oversee escalations and manage service recovery requests
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service role
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with eCommerce and technology
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
