Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist to support the Department of Veterans Affairs' modernization of clinical contact centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging, web-based training using Articulate360
• Create supplemental materials such as job aids and facilitation guides
• Collaborate with training leads and subject matter experts to assess needs and define learning objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a training environment
• Proficiency with Articulate360 or similar e-learning authoring tools
• Experience creating job aids and instructional support materials
• Ability to obtain Federal Government clearance
