• Coordinate and monitor transportation orders, ensuring timely delivery and troubleshooting issues
• Document and track interactions and resolutions in company systems

Required Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
• Experience in the auto transport/dispatch industry
• Computer proficiency and experience with CRM software
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to occasionally meet or work in person at a facility
