Key Responsibilities

• Manage tutoring scheduling strategy and execution to ensure on-time launches
• Coordinate assessment implementation and ensure timely assessments with fidelity
• Develop tools and support systems to enhance operational efficiency and manage tutor rosters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a K-12 education setting
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Suite, particularly Sheets
• Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
• Experience managing complex projects cross-functionally
