Job Summary
A company is looking for an Underwriting Management and Policy Help Desk Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking assistance with underwriting management and policy systems
- Research and respond to inquiries related to underwriting operations, system issues, and policy transactions
- Create and update online help documents and assist in User Acceptance Testing for assigned systems
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in insurance, business administration, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Three years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, service desk, underwriting, or related fields preferred
- Strong business knowledge of underwriting and rating systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
- Ability to develop testing strategies and follow through on projects
