Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriting Management and Policy Help Desk Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking assistance with underwriting management and policy systems
  • Research and respond to inquiries related to underwriting operations, system issues, and policy transactions
  • Create and update online help documents and assist in User Acceptance Testing for assigned systems
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in insurance, business administration, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Three years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, service desk, underwriting, or related fields preferred
  • Strong business knowledge of underwriting and rating systems
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
  • Ability to develop testing strategies and follow through on projects
