RN Clinical Intake Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Intake/Triage Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients and conducts screening for alcohol use disorder (AUD)
• Educates patients on the use of the Ria app, breathalyzer, and medication formulary
• Completes initial medical intake, schedules appointments, and performs patient assessments

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a compact license preferred
• 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in addiction medicine
• At least one year of telemedicine experience preferred
• Tech-savvy with an understanding of data security
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism
