Patient Account Manager

Carolina Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is a physical therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy group committed to providing a level of care and a patient experience, unlike the "average physical therapy clinic."  We provide care for our patients specific to their individual needs and presentations. We have an innovative treatment model that allows you to truly focus on each patient every visit and for patients to receive more individualized attention and care.

We are looking for an enthusiastic authorization and referral specialist to join our growing team.  This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, that will involve remote coordination for scheduling between offices and verifying patient benefits, researching and requesting authorized visits for care, and communicating directly and through portals for submissions.  

At least 2 years experience with patient verifications and authorizations, in physical therapy preferred.
