Utilization Review Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist in Utilization Review for a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and track approvals and denials from third-party payers
• Manage time-sensitive authorization tracking and resolution processes
• Request additional information as needed within the EMR system

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in healthcare
• Working knowledge of computers and software systems
• Experience working in Epic preferred
