A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Agent to assist customers with their insurance policy needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers
- Assist customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies and make necessary changes
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Passion for helping others
- Willingness to obtain a P&C license within 60 days of starting
- Eligibility to work remotely with provided equipment
