Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Behavioral Health SUD Registered Nurse (VT Licensed).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual assessments and document patient health and behaviors
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to implement treatment and recovery plans
• Provide education on medication use and health maintenance strategies

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN, RN, or higher licensure in Vermont
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, or equivalent education
• At least 1 year of nursing experience
• Knowledge of substance use and mental health treatment preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification and crisis intervention training
