Key Responsibilities
- Manage Market Intelligence revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline performance
- Serve as a GovCon BD expert, advising on procurement trends and supporting sales conversations
- Develop and implement strategic go-to-market plans and sales enablement tools
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B or B2G sales with a focus on complex solutions
- 4+ years of experience in people management, leading high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of federal procurement and GovCon sales cycles
- Proven track record in managing revenue targets and supporting enterprise sales
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and at industry events
