Vice President of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and lead the product function, overseeing the product lifecycle from lead generation to client enrollment
• Drive strategy and execution for digital sales funnel and martech products, including modern Martech transformation
• Manage a growing team and ensure cross-functional alignment with various departments while partnering with executives to shape strategy

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product management, with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
• Proven track record in fintech, financial services, or related fields
• Hands-on experience in product development and team leadership
• Fluency in Salesforce and deep knowledge of Martech tools
• Strong data intuition, with SQL or SOQL knowledge preferred
