Key Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the company's operational cadence, ensuring alignment with goals through regular business reviews and planning cycles
• Champion the execution of strategic initiatives by tracking progress, identifying risks, and providing data-driven reports to executive leadership
• Oversee the development of KPIs and dashboards for performance visibility, translating high-level goals into actionable plans across departments

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in business strategy, operations, or program management within a high-growth SaaS or enterprise software company
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and scaling operational systems in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to run executive-level cadences and operating models
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with hands-on experience in performance tracking and metrics
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics, financial drivers, and customer lifecycle analytics
