Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic account management and guide a high-performing team of Strategic Account Executives
- Drive revenue excellence by managing contract renewals and expansion opportunities
- Provide market insights and represent the company at industry events and conferences
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 15+ years of experience in population health, health plan, or health system growth
- Sales and/or Account Management experience in healthcare with a data-analytics background
- 5+ years of experience leading teams in a matrix organization
- Strong business acumen with knowledge of current practices and marketplace strategies
