Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed regional sales targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of at least 3 years of sales experience
- Thorough understanding of clients' businesses and the industry
- Experience with CRM software to manage client data and sales activities
- Strong ability to analyze data and metrics to guide strategy
- Must be able to travel 4-5 days per month on average
