Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Consultant in the Employee Benefits Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities and manage a pipeline of PFML opportunities through brokers and producers
- Conduct a minimum of 30 outreach calls daily and host virtual webinars for brokers
- Collaborate with underwriting and sales support to ensure accurate proposals and broker communication
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of insurance sales experience, preferably in employee benefits
- Life and Health License required
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Strong understanding of insurance products and market dynamics
