A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Strategy & Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Pro Capacity Growth by improving conversion rates, identifying new prospect pools, and evaluating new technologies
- Program manage large strategic changes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation
- Drive sales-related strategic priorities and provide thought partnership to Sales Operations and Sales teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3-8 years of professional experience in consulting, finance, strategy, business development, or operations
- Sales or Sales Operations experience preferred
- Strong analytical and execution background with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Management consulting experience at a top firm is strongly preferred
