Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred, with a minimum of 2 years in sales/service-related roles
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in typing and PC usage
