Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on insurance needs
- Match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders
- Represent the brand and ensure customer satisfaction through quality service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2-3 years of sales experience preferred, with a minimum of 2 years in sales/service-related roles
- Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in typing and PC usage
