Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Partner Director, National TPA Channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow business with strategic TPA partners
- Collaborate with TPA Channel Directors to build joint business plans that drive mutual growth
- Work closely with internal sales teams and business units to align efforts and maximize partner engagement
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years in strategic business development within the retirement plan industry
- Series 6 and 63 licenses (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
- Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and retirement plan design
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
