Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst who is ethical, dependable, and diligent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of variable compensation plans and ensure timely processing
• Partner with various departments to collect data for the commission platform
• Provide general support for the sales team and assist the A/P team as needed

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or equivalent experience in business, finance, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in Excel, including xlookups, pivot tables, and data manipulation
• Basic SQL skills and confidence in analyzing large data sets
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively across functions
