Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Administrator (Mid-Atlantic).

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize SalesForce.com for account creation, quote generation, and opportunity tracking
  • Manage relationships with vendors and distributors while providing administrative support to the sales team
  • Assist in processing orders and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably Salesforce.com
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office and Internet Navigation
