Key Responsibilities
- Utilize SalesForce.com for account creation, quote generation, and opportunity tracking
- Manage relationships with vendors and distributors while providing administrative support to the sales team
- Assist in processing orders and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably Salesforce.com
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office and Internet Navigation
