Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Cryogenic Service Coordinator responsible for managing client accounts and driving sales opportunities in cryogenic services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize lead data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in sales processes
• Provide expert guidance to prospective and existing clients regarding cryogenic services and account management
• Handle escalated client interactions with professionalism and empathy, ensuring client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales or customer service experience in a healthcare environment
• 3+ years of experience in cryogenic account management (highly preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in the fertility field (highly preferred)
• Associate or bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Expertise in CRM software and billing systems, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
