Job Summary

A company is looking for a Branch Manager in a remote capacity for the Georgia region.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the development of the Retail Business Model and oversee branch expenditures
• Recruit and train mortgage Loan Originators and Support Staff, ensuring adherence to company policies
• Analyze loan applicants' financial status and explain available loan products and terms to customers

Required Qualifications

• NMLS License is required
• 3+ years of experience managing a mortgage origination team
• 5+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced mortgage lending environment
• Advanced knowledge of mortgage originations and compliance guidelines
• Proven ability to lead and develop sales staff to achieve production goals
