A company is looking for a Virtual Retention Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer retention efforts by addressing disconnect requests and resolving outstanding issues
- Encourage customer satisfaction and retention through proactive outreach and contract renewals
- Meet or exceed budgeted retention goals while working a sales funnel from lead to close
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Wireless experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
- Experience in sales and customer service roles
