Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales & Client Success Trainer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain onboarding programs for Sales and Customer Success team members
- Design and deliver ongoing training across key themes such as Salespersonship and Client Engagement
- Partner with RevOps to analyze performance metrics and inform training priorities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years in B2B sales, sales training, enablement, or solutions consulting
- Experience in developing onboarding and ongoing training programs for sales teams
- Familiarity with GTM tech stack including Salesforce, Gong, and Highspot
- Healthcare or employer benefits background preferred
