Job Summary

A company is looking for an Area Business Lead, LTC.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies for the Long-Term Care (LTC) ecosystem
• Lead a team of Neuroscience LTC Specialists to drive clinical demand and improve patient and customer experiences
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within LTC facilities to enhance customer engagement and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare management, particularly in the LTC sector
• Proven success in leading account managers or partnership managers in the LTC environment
• Strong track record in coaching and developing talent in LTC-focused teams
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory frameworks specific to LTC
