A company is looking for a Territory Representative to enhance customer service and support sales accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist with inquiries from dealers and sales representatives
- Process orders, returns, modifications, and manage order shipment follow-ups
- Build customer relationships and ensure adherence to department policies regarding wholesale orders
Required Qualifications
- Two to three years of project coordination and customer contact handling experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency with technology as a resource for problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
