- 3-5+ years of experience in sales leadership with a proven track record of team quota attainment
- Strong skills in pipeline management, forecasting, and disciplined sales processes
- Deep understanding of complex B2B sales and ability to coach on multi-threading and closing
- Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments and creatively solve problems
- Demonstrated grit, confidence, curiosity, and intelligence in a sales context
