Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for daily, weekly, and monthly activities of all team members
- Monitor performance and deliver real-time coaching and feedback
- Supervise both local and remote team members while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Active resident Health Producer License
- Minimum of one-year recent experience as a call center supervisor (healthcare or telesales preferred)
- Proven ability to coach and manage employee performance using call center KPIs
- Strong technical skills, including Windows-based systems and call center software
- High School Diploma or equivalent
