Key Responsibilities
- Own renewal forecasting and lead structured forecast cadences to ensure renewal plans are in place
- Manage and coach a team on renewal strategy, driving accountability around success plans and milestones
- Identify churn risks and collaborate cross-functionally to improve renewal efficiency and customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in Customer Success, Renewals, or Sales leadership within a SaaS environment
- Proven ability to lead a team to achieve revenue goals while balancing customer outcomes
- Track record of accurate forecasting and structured deal reviews
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in complex deals and procurement processes
- Excellent coaching and team development skills
