Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel pipeline growth through Account-Based Marketing and Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify new outbound prospects across target markets and accounts
  • Craft compelling messaging to engage with senior decision-makers and qualify inbound leads
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to build custom account-based plans and maintain target account lists
Required Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales development or a similar GTM role in B2B SaaS
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational and research skills
  • Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
  • Curiosity, resilience, and a growth mindset
